Decks are not required to be legal in any particular TCG format. You may use any cards available in PTCGO that meet the requirements for this event as outlined below.

DECK RULES
- You must play exactly 4 of each card name that appears in your deck. This applies to all Pokemon, Trainers, and Special Energy cards.
- While each group of 4 cards must share an exact name, it is NOT necessary that they be the same printings or have the same functions.
- Basic energy is allowed in larger quantities, but the total must be a multiple of 4. (This applies to each type of basic energy, if running multiple types).

BANNED CARD LIST
You may NOT use any cards currently banned in the TCG's Standard or Expanded formats.
You may NOT use the following cards in your deck:
- Any TAG TEAM GX Pokemon
- Any VMAX Pokemon
- Lillie's Poke Doll
- Robo Substitute
- Zacian V

There are no additional rules or requirements beyond what is specifically stated above. If a card fits all the rules, you may use it in your deck. If a card does not fit all the rules, it may not be used - there are no exceptions.
